The Boss Academy is a business mentoring program that is a 16-week intensive, tailored specifically to accommodate each woman's needs entrepreneurially. This program is for girls and women between the ages 18 and 33 who are in need of guidance and a dedicated mentor (our founder and CEO, Tamani Lyn) that will work with them directly to help them tackle their business goals head on with tailored business development plans, a community of support, WOL Mentee-Exclusive business classes, events, and more.

E-Products: Each mentee will receive digital products throughout the duration of our course.

One-On-One Sessions: Each week after the completion of your modules, you will have the ability to schedule a 1:1 45-minute session with me to discuss any inquiries, tasks, and more for your respective completed module.
